Does Photoshop have AI add ons that work like Topaz

    I'm not exactly sure what your question is.  Photoshop Elements is a self-contained program.  It has many featues that use Artificial Intelligence.  Any "photoshop" plug-in like the Topaz AI plug-ins will work with Elements.
