My photoshop elements 10 has recently stopped working.  It closes within 10 seconds after I open it saying that there is a problem with the application manager.  I have reached out to customer support and have recieved zero help.  Please if anyone knows how to correct this problem, I am all ears.

You can install an updated version of the Adobe Application Manager from here:

windows

Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Windows : Adobe Application Manager

I would delete the pse 13 preferences folder and see if that solves the issue.

C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\13.0

13.0 is the folder you want to trash.

If that doesn't work then uninstall/reinstall pse 13.
