Ascending & Descending folders in date order

Problem

My folder listing is in date order year,month,date I want the listing to begin with the lastest date ie 2020 descending down to yeae 2001 Organiser is setting the folders in accending order ie start date year 2001 down to year 2020 I want to be in control of folder listing. Please can anybody help and  advise how this can be resolved.OS Windows 10
