Question

Attempting to use PSE 13 [Was asked to sign in and pay for trial. Why?]

When  attempting to use PSE 13 this morning I had to sign on and pay for a Free Trial. I have already paid for and been using PSE 13 for over two years now. Needless to say I did not sign up for the free trial or pay for one.

What gives?

    All

Did all that was requested and/or suggested. All seems well now. Adobe and WordPerfect have been a problem all summer long and was weighing on me. I have been using both together for many years and finally Corel determined that WP X8 was a 32 bit program that happened to work with Windows 10 64 bit but watch out. So I dropped using both PSE 13 and WP X8 together. I stumbled through my project using PSE 13 only. The results were very good. Thank God.

    Thanks for the assistance.

Don't think anyone can tell you without more information, error messages or some screenshots. All we can do is state the obvious: it should not be happening.

Is it still happening? What exactly was the trial for? Can you post screenshots?
