    Just to clarify:

You are asking about Photoshop Elements, not Premiere Elements?

That does not tell us which cache you want to delete and why?

Deleting cache files may be a common trick to gain space on Android devices, but that's not so simple in your case.

You may get useful information to gain space if you give some information about your OS (Win, mac, version) and your hardware. A common issue those days if with users with relatively small SSD drives.

    Model Name: MacBook Pro

    Model Identifier: MacBookPro11,1

L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB

    L3 Cache: 3 MB

    Which cache file?

The only cache file that you may want to delete is the thumbnail cache in your catalog (there are several other cache files).

    It is called thumb.5.cache

You find the location of your catalog folder from the Help menu in the organizer, section System Info.

The location is a hidden folder. You may have to set your explorer to show hidden files and folders.
