Can't Download Elements Trial

Location: UK

Application file downloads OK. When running Installer get the message 'No Network Connection - The server could not be reached.....'

Obviously the server can be reached as the Application file downloads ok. Any suggestions please.

Thanks for the response. I've tried turning the firewalls off and disabling security settings, but still not connecting. I may have to involve my PC guru! Strange problem as I've recently downloaded other software ok.

Request you to download the Log Collector tool and share the logs with us.

Also, please navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers and share the 'Install.log' file with me.

(You can upload the logs to Dropbox/any other preferred cloud and share the link with me via PM)
