Can't Download Elements Trial

Location: UK

Application file downloads OK. When running Installer get the message 'No Network Connection - The server could not be reached.....'

Obviously the server can be reached as the Application file downloads ok. Any suggestions please.

Try this UK link. Scroll to the bottom of the page for the trial.

You may need to temporarily disable firewall/internet security until installation is complete.

Thanks for the response. I've tried turning the firewalls off and disabling security settings, but still not connecting. I may have to involve my PC guru!  Strange problem as I've recently downloaded other software ok.

Also, please navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers and share the 'Install.log' file with me.
