Can't find Mac Online code to redeem my online purchase of PE?

I purchased the Photoshop Elements 2021 software on Amazon to download to my Mac.  I have tried for days now and can't seem to get it downloaded.  When I signed into Adobe and started the process to redeem...it asked for a Code that was 6 spaces - and my order does not give me a 6# code.  Only a long serial number?

Each of the six spaces when prompted for a serial number will allow four digits to be entered.
