Can't Find serial number for Elements 10

Would like to update this program, but can't find the serial number for this program and Adobe has no record of it on my account.

I tried all this and found no record.

Do you already have the software installed on a Windows computer somewhere?

If so, try running Belarc Advisor to retrieve the serial number
