Can't Find serial number for Elements 10

Would like to update this program, but can't find the serial number for this program and Adobe has no record of it on my account.

The program is installed on a Mac.

Did you buy pse 10 from the Mac App Store?

Also, you can usually buy the full photoshop elements version elsewhere cheaper that adobes upgrade price.

For example, Best Buy has pse 2018 for $69.99
