Can't find shape selection tool

HI, Photoshop elements 2018 -I've just realized I can no longer access the shape selection tool. It used to be on my tool bar on the left, but now there is just a rectangle tool. I read somewhere if I pressed/hover over rectangle the other shapes will come up, but that doesn't seem to be the case-How do I get them back? Thanks

Look for the Cookie Cutter tool in the tool box. This opens up all the shapes. Keyboard shortcut is Q.
