Can't launch PSE 12 - need to upgrade?

I have had PSE 12 on my Macbook Pro for YEARS. I don't use it very often, but know I launched it not too long ago without a problem. However, today I tried to launch it and it's not opening. It takes me to an Adobe login screen and then the only option is to upgrade the software. Is 12 not supported anymore? Is there any way to get it to launch/be used?

    Exactly which version of the Mac operating system?

    As far as I know, V12 is not supported on High Sierra

    Thank you. Apparently that's the issue, as I recently upgraded to High Sierra.
