Can't open Adobe Elements Organizer 2018 "Bad Image"

Adobe Elements Organizer 2018 version 16 won't open.

I only get this window:

I'm using windows 10 on a Dell laptop, herre is the device specifications:

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling
Adobe premier elements software with no results and also updated windows 10

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try asking for help in the elements forum. Maybe someone over there had this problem and can help you. Photoshop Elements  Photoshop user use Adobe Bridge, Lightroom, Finder and File explorer to organize their images.  Photoshop Users do not have Elements organizer on their machines.

Such dll errors generally require uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
