Can't Open Organizer Tabs

Since updating to PSE 2021, I cannot open the Organizer tabs (File-Edit-Find-View-Help) or the Import tab below these. Any suggestions?    Thanks

    What OS are you using? 

    If you are using Windows, do you have Automatically hide the taskbar set? 

    If on Windows, do you have more than one GPU on your computer?  If so, try disabling one.

    Can you give us a screenshot of what you are seeing.

      Well, I messed around with the Taskbar settings, and that did the trick. The Import tab and all the Organizer tabs are working, and I'm happy once again.
