Camera Raw plug-in and Adobe application compatibility

The D850 was first supported in Camera Raw 9.12.1 which is only compatible with the current version Elements 2018. So you'll never be able to open D850 Raw files in Elements 12.

Options:

- Pay to upgrade to Elements 2018, or

- Download the free Adobe DNG converter, batch convert all D850 Raw files to DNG format. Then open the DNG files (not the Raw files) in Elements 12. An extra step for you but no extra cost.
