Can't open RW2 files!

Hi, I have Photoshop Elements 11, Camera Raw updated to latest version. But it says camera is not supported. Is there anyway to update my current Photoshop Elements to be able to handle rw2 files? Below is my system info.

Also, I downloaded the Adobe DNG Converter, but when I open the folder with the Raw files it's empty, the DNG converter doesn't see it there? What gives?
