Can't print from elements to HP7610 printer

Purchased a new HP7610 wireless printer for its 13 x 10 capabilities but can't print to it from elements 13.  Can print to it from all other apps I have but no joy from elements here is the message I get .  have explored the net and HP "help"  printer is worthless if I can't print from PSE.  Help please

Hi,

I would advice you to run the pending application updates from Help menu> Updates and relaunch and try printing.

Also, you can refer to similar issue forum post at Printing Error "Because the default printer could not be opened".
