Cannot use Photoshop Elements 2025

I just purchaced Photoshop Elements 2025, downloaded it, selected the location for the file, and when it finishes "installing", it takes me to a menu where I select either the organizer, photo editor or video editor. I don't have access to the video editor, which is fine, I didn't want it. If I try to open the organizer it tells me to launch the photo editor to start my free trial. Here is where my problem lies.

I launch the photo editor and it is acting like I haven't purchased the software. A pop-up states that I can "start my free trial". Every other time I launch the application it will actually tell me that if I bought it that I can "get started". When I click that option it goes back to the "start free trial" option.

I only have one account. I have tried logging out and in again but nothing is changing. I always have issues with Adobe and I'm starting to get annoyed. Please help.

Please go to help and sign Out and Sign in back from the email you have Purchased PSE2025 and then see if you get the same issue.

I had the same problem on my Mac mini M1 (sequoia), although I could install from a download from Adobe on an older Macbook (Sonoma) and did not find a solution until a later post in this thread. suggested downloading the free trial, from the App store which installed and is working. Elements also seemed to find my Adobe membership, once installed.

I have the same problem. When I bought the product, I got an email with the order number. i log into my account and I only see the old versions of Elements products I bought.

Has anybody solved this issue?

I have been been using Photoshop Elements 2025 and Premiere Elements 2025 extensively since purchasing both on 13 October 2024.  Working as usual this morning, but this afternoon I get the same message as the OP.

Have tried downloading and installing again, hitting the start free trial button and singing in and out of my Adobe account but issue is not fixed.

In my products on the adobe accounts page it shows expiry on 13 October 2027.

Any help much appreciated

same problem here... since today

Sory, but simply signing out and back in again from the email doesn't solve the issue at all. Any other ideas?
