Canon 6D MKII RAW Files

I'm running Elements 13 and it's not opening RAW files from my 6D MKII. It opens them from my 6D, however. All available updates have been made.

Can I get some help as to what I should do to access these photos?

You need Camera raw version 9.12, but Photoshop Elements 13 only supports versions 8.6 thru 9.0.

Wat version of Elements would I have to step up to? It's been a while since I upgraded, and I don't know what version they're up to...
