Cant open photo editor in elements 19

I just purchased and downloaded elements premiere 19. The organizer opens fine and shows all files, but when I click on the photo editor it says I must purchase, or try the free trial. What do I do to get the photo editor to work?

Hello,

It seems that you've purchased just the video editor. The photo editor is a separate application altogether which could either be purchased individually or in a bundle with the video editor.

This is a total nightmare! There is no information to deactivate or return

an elements product. When you try to chat nothing happens, when you call

the listed 800 number you get nothing but cheap offers to buy garbage on

the phone. Someone please help!

Someone please help. There is no posted links or information to help you deactivate an elements product, so you can buy the right one. The chat line goes nowhere, the posted 800 number takes you to endless recordings of garbage offers to buy well garbage.

Still takes you nowhere to exchange or return this product. Adobe customer service is horrible. There is no way to get honest beneficial help.
