Changed location of photographs, how to update the elements catalog

This is rather a backwards question but bear with me.

I moved the photograph Library into a different section of the same harddrive on Windows 10.  Now the Elements catalogue is broken.  Apart from the obvious process of moving all the photos back to their original location, how can I fix the catalog?  I.e. how can I edit the root path to the photograph library, or update the path of all the files within it?
