Hi,
so I recently picked up the code for Photoshop Elelments 2022, I attained the serial number and attempted to download the install file. The install file itself comes up with an error message that "the file is damaged, please try again" (I have the recommended version and matching specs - windows 11). I eventually tried to download via the Windows Store, it took a while but the WS trial version downloaded and opened without any real issue.

My issue is: I don't see any way to comfirm my serial number and bind it to the trial to make it permanent in the WS version, while the site version won't install.

I may be wrong, but the MS Store version has different licensing protocols.  So you may (probably will) not be able to use an Adobe purchased license with an MS Store installed version.  Try downloading the program from this Adobe link.

If you still encounter the damaged file issue, take a look at this article.
