I've recently upgraded from PSE 11 to PSE 2018. I'm used to using the colour adjustment options in PSE 11 to increase or decrease colours within an image but I can't find the equivalent in PSE 2018. I don't mean using the Hue and Saturation controls, which won't quite achieve that same thing. Is there a solution of have I lost this very useful feature?
Levels, curves, and Hue/Saturation.
Also, the white balance tool in quick mode is still better than the color variations.
The key is to understand lighting and color.
White balance is critical in most situations. Color casts (reflected color on walls...) are also common and require hue/saturation corrections).
The correction tools for color cast or skin tones are much better for color correction.
The best of all tool is included in the ACR module. You can use it for jpegs as well as for raw files. It's by far the best tool for color balance and saturation/vibrance. You can find tune afterwards in the hue/sat tool in the editor.
