creating slide show in elements

I select pictures from organizer...click on create slide show and select the style,,and click next but nothing happens...I have tried a number of times and I can't create a slide show..

    Hi,

    Please try following steps:

    1. Close Elements Organizer

    2. Go to Task Manager and look for the following exes and kill them:

        dynamiclinkmediaserver.exe

        dynamiclinkmanager.exe

        AdobeQT32server.exe

    (If you are using Mac then please open Activity Monitor and kill the above-mentioned processes.)

    3. Now relaunch Organizer and try creating Slideshow again.

    If it does not work, please reboot your system and then launch Elements Organizer.

    Please revert if you still face any issue.

    I found one , dynamiclinkmediaserver.exe, deleted it and tried to create a

    slide show and still nothing...
