Custom Brush Photoshop Elements 2022

Newbie here - I'm currently watching a youtube tutorial which includes making a custom brush. I've managed to do that, but they are able to include a "size jitter" and an "angle jitter". I don't know what version of PS they are using, but I've got 2022 edition and can't find these 2 options anywhere. I can only find "hue jitter" and spacing and scatter. Are these options available on PSE 2022?

I'm guessing that the tutorial was using Photoshop CC.

Elements provides fewer controls for brush settings.
