je cherche comment mettre  la barre d'outils sur une seule colonne  et la deplacer

Hi Paul,

Unfortunately, the Toolbox in Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 has limited custom options.

You can't adjust it to be a single column (except for switching to Quick mode), and you can't adjust its position on the screen.
