DIFFICULT! [Reinstalling PSE10: how to link current Adobe ID to PSE10 registered under different Adobe ID?]

I need some way to contact support for a difficult issue.  I hope someone has a method.

I previously purchased a retail version of Photoshop Elements 10 and installed it on a desktop computer I owned.  That computer died recently, and I would like to reinstall the older program on my newer pc:

1:  The product was registered under an email name for which the domain no longer exists.

2: I have searched, but believe the original disk was lost during a relocation 6 years ago.

3: I have other Adobe programs under my current email ID, but when I search my programs the PSE-10 isn't listed.

I'm hoping Adobe Support can search for my old account. Logging in on my computer is 'locked' to my current user id and I can

t find how to attempt to recover my old user id account.
