Does Adobe PhotoShop Elements 2020 contain msvcp120.dll?

Does anyone know if Adobe PhotoShop Elements 2020 contains msvcp120.dll, I'm thinking about getting it because I'm still trying to get Adobe PhotoShop Elements 2019 to work, even thought I have  msvcp120.dll versions in 120 places in Windows 10.

Sorry that Photoshop Elements 2019 does not work as you're getting an error related to MSVCP120.DLL

Photoshop Elements 2019 and 2020 requires some components of your Windows operating system like MSVCP120.DLL
