Yes if you were to look on the page for supported cameras that Peru Bob linked to, it would be found that the Canon 90D

requires Camera raw 11.4 or newer and since Photoshop Elements 2024 installs Camera Raw 16 when installing Camera Raw from the Help menu, it will indeed support the CR3 files from your Canon 90D.

After you install Photoshop Elements 2024 go to Help>Install Camera Raw to be able to open your Canon 90D CR3 files.

Thanks for all the help. I installed my new Elements 2024 and the camera
RAW file from HELP and I can now open CR3 files.
