Download software problems [How to install and run PSE14 on iPad Pro?]

I received adobe photoshop elements 14 download card & installed on my hp notebook last year.

ive now got an iPad Pro & want to use it on that instead. I tried downloading it though & when I entered the code it said oops this code has already been used.  I thought it could be used on two devices?

If not can I transfer it?

You can’t run it at all. Apple talk up the iPad Pro as if it’s a serious alternative to a Mac or Windows tablet. It isn’t. It can only run the apps in the Apple App Store, absolutely nothing else.

Photoshop elements only runs on mac os/os x with a mac computer such as a macbook or air or pro, mac mini, iMac or mac pro or windows operating systems, not on iOS, which is what iPads run.
