I have adobe 13.1 on my Mac I would like to check for updates or upgrade to 14 but cannon find my serial number.  I click on the link and safari tells me it cannot locate the page

Hello,

Please sign into www.adobe.com using your adobe id, which you used to purchase the product.

Navigate to Manage Account>Plans>My Product.

Under Photoshop Elements you will find the Serial number.

In order to upgrade you product to new version,  below link may be helpful:
