I purchased product Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 (Mac EN) on line using PayPal. I am a teacher so I assumed I would be eligible for the Education edition discount.
I received two emails, one containing my serial number and the other confirming my order.
When I went to the website to download I received this message "There was an error loading your downloads".
When I clicked "back to order" this message appeared "We are still processing your order. It could take up to 24 hours. Please check back later."
I placed the order at 1:00 pm Friday and it is now 4:30 pm Saturday. Also PayPal payments are usually very quick.
What do I need to do????
