Drawing Tablet & Photoshop Elements 11

I just downloaded Photoshop Elements 11 again. I have it all set up. However, I'm not sure how to connect my drawing tablet to it so Photoshop registers the brush pressure. I've been able to use this tablet with the same photoshop correctly before on an old computer. My new computer does register the change of pressure in the pen though. I tested it in the tablet's information/settings window. I'm just not sure how to set Photoshop to work with the pressure change.

If it helps, my tablet is a Turcom 6610. I do have Windows 10, and I'm not using a free trial of Photoshop.
