Suddenly unable to edit text in pse doc as in the past.  I can insert a Text cursor but cannot select the text to remove or replace.  Trying to change a single letter in a person's name.  (Photoshop Elements 😎

Looks like file is flattened so there are no text layers to edit.

 

Not really a problem on a white background. Just fill in the old name with a white patch (Rectangular Marquee Tool and then Edit>Fill Selection) and on some people the background is a little more gray and then place the new text in the same place.
