Elements 11 upgrade to Elements 2019

My wife has used Elements since it first came out only for cataloguing photos.  She has only upgraded a few times, and is using version 11 just now.  Unfortunately, she had to redo all her tags when she waited too long last time.  Will Elements 2019 recognise tags from an Elements 11?

    Yes PSE 2019 should automatically upgrade the older catalog without touching it. You could install the latest version and uses it as a free trial before purchase. Go to the link at the bottom of this page.
