Good day

I have bought Elements 11 from my app store on my mac about two years ago. When I try to save my work the program freezes and I then need to force quite my program. I have read on google that the people with similar problems got the change to download the product directly from your site.

Can you help me?

    the problem is that it needs a product key and since apple handles all the licensing, there is no key. I need a new key
