Hey guys!
I've had elements 12 for a while now and now that I have dual screens the menu bar won't work; If I open tools it opens file etc.
It has a similar feel to an uncalibrated touch screen (I'm obviously not using a touch screen but that's the only way I can describe it)
If I disable my second screen the program starts working fine
