Elements 12 suddenly stopped printing from the editor

Recently acquired a new Canon wifi printer (MG7720) when my old one went belly up.  Elements 12 will print to it properly from the Organizer, but when I try to print from the Editor I get an "incompatibility" message.  I've reinstalled the printer driver and tried several other Internet "fixes" all to no avail.  Any suggestions from this community?

Which OS are you working on?

If you are working on MAC OSX 10.12, please install the latest MAC OSX 10.12.2 update.

Sorry for inconvenience. With your comments seems like certain print preferences got corrupted.

If it is working fine with organizer but not with editor. Please try out the following solution:

Windows - CTRL-SHIFT-ALT immediately after you double-click the Editor button.

This will resolve your issue. Your feedback is really appreciated.
