Elements 13 reinstalation

Hello, have just tried to reinstall Elements 13, have got the serial number, it's years since I used the Adobe account, tried a Gmail which I presumed I would have used, they said was invalid, now I can't try another one. But I'm not sure what on earth email I would have used if not that one. Went onto the 'product' section & put in the serial number but it said it was invalid. Maybe that's cause of the other email, I don't know. How on earth do I get it onto this new laptop, my old one died? Thanks

Did you purchase it directly from Adobe?

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
