I don't understand your question so tell us are you in Organizer or Editor. Do you get any error messages? If so pleat post a screen shot here.

I currently don't get any error messages from the program. The problem is that when I am in organiser, instead of seeing the thumbnails for each picture in the grid view all I see are grey boxes with an hourglass in it. This has been happening for a while now and I don't know what to do !
