Elements 15 is asking me to licence it again or purchase again. Cannot open it anymore

I have purchased this as a download November 2016 with no problems at all until today. This morning I try to open it and its telling me I can have a 30day trial with a view to purchase, or I have to enter the license number? I have never had to do this before having had other upgrades of Photoshop elements since PE7.

I do not know if this is a scam and not happy entering the licence number again just in case.

Any info to help me would be appreciated, Thanks

It can sometimes happen if you by chance signed-out. Normally if you stay signed-in (so your email address is visible under the Editor help menu) licencing should stick.

I would click on buy/sign-in or where you see licence this software and then enter the 24 digit serial number which starts 1057.
