Elements 15 Organizer is not installing

Elements 15 Organizer does not respond. When I examined the file, I cannot find

the .exe anywhere. I have the cd's, and have installed twice. Any ideas?

What OS are you using?  (Silly question.  I guess Macs don't use exe files.)

I assume you are talking about the program folders.  The exe file (PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe) is found in the following folder:  C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 15 Organizer.

Do you have File Name Extensions turned on in Windows File Explorer?

Do you see any desktop icons for Photoshop Elements 15?  What happens if you click on it?  Do you see a Welcome Screen? If so, the Organizer should be available from there.
