Elements 15 organizer tree issue

Elements 15 organizer lists my folders under “My Folders” and then again, under This PC. Very distracting. About to move to new computer and upgrade to elements 2023. Would prefer not to take problem with me. Any advice?

I don't know why you think this is a problem.  This is exactly as it has always been in the Tree View of the Organizer's Folders Panel. 

Perhaps you have previously used the List View which only displays a flat list of folders on your computer in alpha-numeric order.  You can change the view by clicking on the "hamburger" icon shown in my screenshot below:

In this case, ignorance was not bliss. Wish you had seen posts a few years ago when I thought I had created a problem that was responsible for issues I had with the program. Thank you for the quick and helpful response.
