Elements 15 says I have a trial version. I purchased the box

Elements appears to say I have a trial version. I purchased the box set and it is not a trial version. I have the code which it asked for the first time I loaded it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but to no avail. Also, it does not ask for the code anymore. Under my account it has no products registered.

Can anyone help with this? Apparently there are no real people at Adobe anymore so you spend the money and that's all they want to know about.
