Elements 15 will not launch. Told to download applications manager

How do I locate and download the Applications Manager?

You can get the newest Adobe Application Manager from here:

Sorry. I have been to that site and I cannot locate the ability to download “Adobe Applications Manager’'.

Any other suggestion?

Can you post for the benefit of others what worked?

I tried the input you suggested but I was unable to access the download.

I tried http://www.adobe.com/go/applicatonmanager and I was able to download the program, and then launch Elements 15. I use Windows 10.
