Elements 15 will not launch. Told to download applications manager

How do I locate and download the Applications Manager?

Sorry. I have been to that site and I cannot locate the ability to download “Adobe Applications Manager’'.

Any other suggestion?

What operating system are you using?

On that page under Adobe Application Manager just click on Windows or Macintosh and there is a button called Proceed to Download to press for the download.

I tried the input you suggested but I was unable to access the download.

I tried http://www.adobe.com/go/applicatonmanager and I was able to download the program, and then launch Elements 15. I use Windows 10.
