Before updating I need to know how far back the compatibility runs. I'm currently using Elements 10 - will I be able to edit etc the photos I already have if I update to 2019?

    Before buying 2019, ensure your system can run it. Make sure you're running a 64 bit operating system.

    Yes,  You can edit the photos in any version.

    It was still in Premiere Elements, so I moved it to Photoshop Elements.
