Elements 2018 - can I download to 2 computers

I want to upgrade from PSE 13 to PSE 2018.  I'm a "snowbird" so I have two computers I use for working on my photos - one in each location.  With "13" I had actual disks and could install on both of my computers but now it appears that you get a code to use for installation when you purchase online.  Can the code be used twice?  Thank you!!!

    Yes, the code can be applied twice.

    Downloading = you can download on more computers

    Activating (= sign in/out) = You are allowed two computers activated, no more.

    To free one of both activations for a third computer, deactivate from the menu Help > Sign out, and activate the third with Sign in for the recovered licence.
