It's asking for your local administrator username and password for permission to install files on your computer. Not your Adobe password.

Could you please confirm if its your OS asking for a password to install the software, or is it Adobe installer screen?

In case if it is your installer screen, then you can create a new account and enter the serial key provided to you. This should install and activate your software successfully.

    Thanks

    Hallo!

    Danke für den Beitrag.

Mit dem Passwort meint Adobe das Passwort meines Computers.

This is your user administrator password which is required to provide permission for the apps to be installed.

Please try your login password, in case if you are the admin of your machine.

In case if you still face issues, please share a screenshot here, so we can be sure about the step on which you are stuck.

    Thank you in advance.
