Elements 2018 Organizer: image grid displays but not individual images

The grid of .jpg images displays fine and can be seen and manipulated with Editor.  However I can not double click on a photo in the Organizer grid and see the individual image.  I get this view instead the image.  Any ideas out there to fix this one?

    Problem appears fixed for now, not a Organizer issue.  I had a video driver awaiting installation in Windows update.

    Hi,

    Which operating system are you running on?

    What happens when you select an image in grid view and then move the zoom slider (bottom of organizer) to the right?
