I have purchased this product from Best Buy, and wish to instal from dvd, I do not wish to download. Upon commencing the process I am asked to input my serial number. Best Buy customers are told to remove the stickers from the back of the box to obtain this. I have tried removing the stickers and all I am doing is destoying the box. My best Buy receipt gives me the serial number. This number is an alpha numeric number of seven alpha numeric symbols followed by twelve numeric symbols. The alpha numeric part of this number is ADB00PP ( I do not know if the 00 part are numbers or letters) then the twelve number numeric portion. Making a total of nineteen digits. This number must be inserted into six boxes each with a maximum of four digits, but can be less. The Adobe web site tells me that the serial number can be nineteen digits long with a combination of letters and numbers. Unfortunately when I come to try to input my code the boxes will only allow numbers, I can not input letters. Can anyone help? And also because the number is nineteen digits and the boxes can take a maximum of twenty four digits, is it imperative to have the corect number of digits in each box? I have searched the Adobe website but can find no reference to this problem.
